About ChooseWell

ChooseWell started with a simple question: what if the decision to buy something could be as informed as any other decision you make?

A lot of the information that shapes a purchase, who really owns a brand, what a company spends on political influence, whether a product has a safety flag, is technically public. It is just scattered across government databases that were never built for a quick look while you're standing in a store aisle. ChooseWell brings it into one scan.

What we believe

Your choices shape tomorrow. We don't rate, rank or tell you what to buy. We show you the public record, sourced, dated and linked, and let you decide what matters to you, in the store and at the ballot box.

The company

ChooseWell is made by Shopper Assist, LLC, based in Brooklyn, New York. The app launched as Shopper Assist in September 2026 and took the ChooseWell name in October 2026.
